E-Learning

Future Learning provides services in e-learning strategy development, conversion of existing training content to e-learning, and development of customized e-learning. We developed e-learning implementation strategies for organizations, such as the Calgary Police Service, Human Resources Development Canada, and Iron Ore Company of Canada.

The Future Learning team works with clients to select the most effective e-learning approaches. We have converted face-to-face courses and training manuals to online learning, for example, conversion of a psychiatric short course for physicians to e-learning and conversion of a tourism visitor information counselor training manual to an online learning course. We have designed online learning experiences within instructor-led online courses and have created blended learning approaches in which an online learning experience was added to as an introduction to a face-to-face workshop.

Our team has designed and developed on-line learning to meet SCORM and IMS specifications, and to work within a wide range of learning management systems such as WebCT, eMerit, SkillSoft, TMWeb, The Learning Manager, and Blackboard. Many of Future Learning's projects also involved the organization and completion of extensive, complex quality control processes and user testing.
